Using the hookshot is the fastest method when available. Dashing to the pot can optimally save 2 frames over walking, but is not recommended due to the risk of bonking or losing time.

Hammerdashing through the pot is slightly slower than simply dashing and picking up the pot, but might possibly be easier to execute as it nullifies the risk of bonking. Note that you will have to wait until Link is outside of the doorway to start the hammerdash.

Dashing south after hitting the switch can save up to 14 frames over walking.
