This room is often ignored since it contains nothing of interest aside from the full magic and two hearts under the two pots (a full magic refill is also available in Speed Torch), but can come up when playing with shuffled pot drops. A standard "solution" to the puzzle is shown above.

Using the hookshot, it's possible to hook through the firebar as shown in this video, allowing you to avoid taking damage altogether at the cost of a couple of seconds.
